How Our Pricing Works

At Luma Laundry, we charge by the pound. Your laundry is weighed after it has been professionally washed and completely dried, rather than at pickup.

Once your items are clean and dry, we weigh them to determine the final weight and calculate your total based on our per-pound rate.

Our process is simple:
Pickup → Wash & Dry → Weigh → Fold → Deliver

This means your final price is based on the weight of your clean, dry laundry.
